30 Ciracas Satpol PP Deployed to Help Securing Churches on Good Friday

Ciracas Sub-district Satpol PP deployed 30 personnel to help secure Good Friday and Easter celebration in 16 churches in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

They join with TNI/police officers and other related units

Ciracas Sub-district Satpol PP Head, Endharwanto said, 30 Satpol PP personnel joined forces with TNI, Police, and community elements to maintain security in churches from Thursday (4/1) night to Sunday (4/4).

"We deploy 30 Satpol PP personnel to help secure the churches on Good Friday and Easter. They join with TNI/police officers and other related units," he mentioned, Friday (4/2).

He explained, there are 16 churches in Ciracas, including HKBP Cibubur Church on Jl. Rawa Bola, GSJPDI Batu Karang Congregation, GPIBI Church on Jl. Suci Susukan, and other churches.

"So far, the conditions and situations are safe. Christians carry out Good Friday worship in accordance with procedure and health protocols," he stated.
